In 2013, Justin and his wife, Jessica, made the transition from Portland, Oregon, to Lawrence, establishing a new home for their growing family. The household, brimming with energy, includes their two lively boys, Samuel and Theo, as well as their spirited German Shepherd, Lucy.

During his leisure hours, Justin finds joy in quality time with his loved ones. Whether savoring a cup of excellent coffee, engaging in meaningful conversations, or pursuing an active lifestyle through running and cycling, Justin embraces and strives for a well-rounded approach to life (it is still very much a work in progress).

Anxiety Therapy

Trying to manage anxiety while still living life can be exhausting. The thoughts and feelings you experience are real and can have dire consequences. The good news is that you don’t have to let these anxious thoughts and feelings dictate the way you live your life.
